Built for speed, Tyler Meegan enjoys the fast-paced nature of the real estate industry. Tyler grew up in the business with his father, who was a contractor and prominent investor in residential properties in Rhode Island - providing him with invaluable exposure to countless renovation projects in all corners of the state.

A URI Business school alum, with several years of sales experience in the corporate tech and startup arena, Tyler cut his teeth on building client relationships and honing his skills in the art of negotiation. Armed with his comprehension of houses, his consultative sales skills and his vast knowledge of the Rhode Island marketplaces, made the transition into Real Estate a naturally seamless move.

With 6 years experience as an agent under his belt, Tyler has aligned himself with the Fitzpatrick Team at RE/Max where he's backed by the best industry professionals in the state. In 2022, FT* closed out over $100 million in sales. This groundbreaking growth landed FT the #1 RE/MAX Team in Rhode Island.

Tylers always on the move outside of Real Estate too and loves staying active. When he's not testing out new training regimens in the gym, or playing competitive soccer, you'll often find him exploring the beautiful corners of the ocean state on his motorcycle and snowboarding with family and friends. Charismatic and curious, Tyler loves meeting new people, and gaining new insight. You'll often hear him cracking them up, stirring up a healthy debate or sharing an anecdotal gem from his latest non-fiction read.

He's also an advocate for #LiveWell, FT’s wellness brand focusing on physical, emotional, financial, and communal support to the people of Newport County and neighboring communities. The overarching goal is to provide opportunities for the community to come together and support each other in different aspects of our lives. Whether it’s a weekly running club to stay motivated, a city-wide trash clean-up, even sports sponsorships to keep our youth happy & healthy, the Fitzpatrick Team is here to act as a backbone and a helping hand.
