In 2022, the latest addition to Newport County’s hotel renovation line-up is the highly anticipated, Pell Hotel, formally the Ramada, located on East Main Road in Middletown, Rhode Island. One of the hotel’s biggest assets is the 2,500+ square foot restaurant space, which will become available to Rhode Island’s next visionary. The goal is to provide a new (or existing) food & beverage experience to elevate not only the hotel’s landscape but the local neighborhood as well.
