SELLERS – Talking about selling, preparing your home for sale, hosting open houses, sorting through offers, negotiations, home inspections, hitting deadlines, coordinating with attorneys. The process is a 30-45+ day “work in progress”.
BUYERS – Meeting with my buyers for the first time may be a year out. Once pre-approved, I allow you to take your time in finding the right property to call your new home, writing the offer, going under contract and the steps we need to accomplish and hit for a successful closing.
